Free Shipping

Free shipping is valid for all orders placed on matt-sleep.com with a shipping address in mainland Portugal.

For orders with a shipping address in the Autonomous Regions, an additional charge of €35 per unit applies.

The order value refers exclusively to the sum of the final product cost, any discount value is deducted at the time of purchase and already includes the additional transportation costs.

Payment Methods

matt-sleep.com offers the following payment methods: Multibanco, Mbway, Paypal, Klarna, Credit Card, and Cash on Delivery.

Delivery Times

If there are no stock issues, all orders placed on matt-sleep.com will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.

This time frame may be altered if one or more products in the order are temporarily out of stock. 

If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected restocking time.

If the customer does not wish to wait for the product to be restocked, they can choose a substitute product or cancel the order for that product.

In the case of order substitution, a price adjustment will be made.

If the customer opts to cancel the product(s), the remaining order will be shipped immediately, and the value of the cancelled product(s) will be refunded.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and handling time by the carriers.

  • Shipping to mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days
  • Madeira and Azores: Between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the chosen transport service (plane or ship)

This delivery time may vary during exceptional periods of higher volume, such as holidays or the Christmas season.

COVID-19: Due to the current situation and possible restrictions, the delivery period may be extended.

Delivery time

If no one is present at the delivery address to receive the goods, a notice will be left in the mailbox requesting contact for rescheduling a new delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is completed and processed, you will receive the associated tracking code via email.

Exchange and Return Policy

At matt-sleep.com, our goal is to take care of you and your rest, ensuring your total satisfaction.

The purchasing process is easy and fully transparent. However, if you are not satisfied, the return or exchange period for products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The cost of shipping returned products is the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return or exchange, simply:

  • Contact our Customer Support team by e-mail at: info@matt-sleep.com
  • Mention the associated order number;
  • Specify the product(s) you wish to return and/or exchange.

Once you submit your return and/or exchange request, you will receive an e-mail, within a maximum of 10 days, confirming receipt of your request and providing details for returning the product(s).

It is important that: 

  • You wait for our email with the return details
  • In order for the return and/or exchange to be processed, the products must be kept in their original condition, as received.

Return Rules

For the return and/or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you comply with the following rules:

  • The product must be sealed and in its original packaging;
  • If the product’s box does not have a seal, the product's seal or any other protection should remain intact;
  • Ensure that all attached components (samples, gifts, instructions, etc.) are included with the product, respecting the original shipping conditions;
  • Keep the invoice, as a copy of it must accompany the return of the product.

Once the order has been confirmed, the maximum time frame for sending the product(s) to our address, along with a copy of the invoice, is 7 working days.

If the above conditions are met, the order value will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.

In the case of product exchanges, the shipping cost for the replacement product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Matt-sleep.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the customer will always be guaranteed the price indicated and in effect at the time the order is placed.
It also reserves the right to cancel any order (even if paid and confirmed) if a product is identified with an incorrect and/or manifestly unreasonable price, regardless of its cause (whether due to a manual or computer error).
All campaigns and promotions are limited to existing stock and cannot be combined.
