Take the mattress out of the box

Let stand for 12/24 hours
To facilitate delivery and access to certain accommodations, the mattress is delivered compressed and rolled up in compact packaging. As soon as the package is opened, the mattress regains its size and volume within a few hours. The mattress can be used after resting for 12/24 hours, but will only have fully recovered its shape and size after 3/4 days.
Your mattress should be placed on a mattress topper that is in good condition (flat and without rough surfaces). Remember that the use of the mattress topper is an essential element in the use and usefulness of your mattress.
To allow air to circulate freely in the mattress and ensure better comfort, do not use a waterproof insulator or any type of board between the mattress and the mattress topper. To comply with the conditions of use, regularly invert the mattress in the direction of feet/head, head/feet, to obtain a natural dispersion of the filling over the entire surface, on both sides, depending on the model.
Our products can emit an odor retained by the packaging, which disappears when the room is aired.
Mattresses and sommiers should not be washed, used or stored in a damp or overheated room. Ventilate your room regularly to maintain a pleasant and healthy climate for both you and your bed, with the ideal temperature being 17°C to 20°C.
Guarantee conditions
Matt 's products come with a 3-year guarantee, provided that the stated conditions of use are correctly met.
In the event of a claim, the date taken into account for calculating the warranty date will be that of delivery of the product, formalized by the sales contract or proof of delivery.
In no case does the warranty cover damage that may result from abnormal use, negligence or fault on the part of the buyer (use contrary to recommended conditions, fall, accident, abnormal phenomenon of excess humidity or heat), touch-ups or alterations made to the mattress.
The most efficient materials used in the composition of our mattresses lose a little firmness during constant use. If this loss does not exceed 15% of the height of the mattress, it remains within the tolerance limits and does not justify a complaint.
The fabric, the sewing thread, the zipper, the handles or any other element of the mattress, whose good performance is linked to the correct conditions of use, are excluded from this guarantee.
Any exchange or repair under guarantee will not influence the initial duration of the guarantee. The warranty does not cover direct or indirect transportation costs for this product.
All complaints should be directed to Matt.
They must be accompanied by: The purchase invoice showing the date, the customer and the products purchased.
The guarantee can only be applied to products returned in a clean and spotless condition.
