The matt-sleep.com website belongs to the company Compra e Dorme, Lda, with headquarters at Rua 25 de Abril, nº 383 Centro Empresarial 3CE, 4520-115 Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal, with NIPC PT515541923, and its aim is to sell all the products you need to get a good night's sleep. From mattresses to pillows and comforters.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all visitors to the matt-sleep.com website, as well as to any commercial transactions through this webshop.
Browsing the site and purchasing any product on matt-sleep.com implies acceptance of all the following points.

Payment methods
matt-sleep.com offers payment via Multibanco, Mbway, Paypal, Klarna, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery.
Product sales price
The sale price of each Product is determined by matt-sleep.com and can be freely changed at any time; changes to the sale price of the Product do not affect the order whose receipt and acceptance has already been confirmed to the Customer.
The selling price of the Products indicated on matt-sleep.com includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.
To the indicated selling price must be added, for the autonomous regions only, the costs of delivery of the Product. These costs are 30€ per unit.
The sale prices of the Products are as shown, unless there has been an error in their indication detected by matt-sleep.com by the time they are delivered to the Customer.
In this case, the Customer will be contacted immediately by email to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Customer can choose to keep their order at the correct price or cancel it.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is valid for all orders placed on mercadodocolchao.pt with a shipping address in mainland Portugal.
For orders with a shipping address in the Autonomous Regions, there is an extra 35€ per unit.
The value of the order refers exclusively to the sum of the final cost of the products, any discount value is deducted at the time of purchase and already includes the addition of shipping costs.
Delivery times
If there are no stock constraints, all orders placed on matt-sleep.com will be processed logistically within a maximum of 3 working days.
This deadline may be altered if one or more of the products in the order is not available at the moment.
If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the deadline for restocking.
If you do not wish to wait for the missing product to be replaced, you can choose a substitute product or cancel your order.
If the order is replaced, the amount must be adjusted.
If you wish to cancel the product(s), the remaining order will be sent immediately and the value of the canceled product(s) returned to the customer.
The delivery time varies according to the destination and the handling time at the carriers.
- Shipments to mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 working days
- Madeira and Azores: Between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the transportation service chosen (plane or boat)
This delivery time may vary according to exceptional periods of greater flow, such as vacation periods or the Christmas season.
COVID-19: Due to the current situation and possible restrictions, the delivery period may be extended.
Delivery times
In the event that no one is at the address to receive the goods, a notice will be left in the mailbox asking you to contact us to arrange a new delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your order is finalized and processed, the associated tracking code is sent to you by e-mail.
Return and exchange policy
At mercadodocolchao.pt, our goal is to take care of you and your rest, your total satisfaction is important.
The purchase process is easy and completely transparent. But if you are not satisfied, the deadline for exchanging or returning products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The cost of transporting returned products is borne by the customer.
To make a return or exchange, simply

- Mention the associated order number;
- Indicate the product(s) you wish to return and/or exchange.
As soon as you send the exchange and/or return request, you will receive an e-mail within a maximum of 10 days confirming receipt of your request and reminding you of all the details for returning the product(s).
It is important that:
- Wait for us to contact you by email with the return details
- For a return and/or exchange to be possible, the products must be preserved and in the same condition as when they were received.
Rules for returns
In order for the return and/or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that it complies with the following rules:
- The product must be sealed in its original packaging;
- If the product box is unsealed, you must keep the product seal or any other protection from use intact;
- You must ensure that all the enclosed components: samples, gifts, instructions, etc. are sent with the product, respecting the original shipping conditions;
- Keep the invoice, bearing in mind that a copy of it must accompany the return of the product.
Once the order has been confirmed, the maximum time limit for sending the product(s) to our address, together with a copy of the invoice, is 7 working days.
If the above-mentioned points are respected, the value of the order will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of product exchanges, the cost of sending the replacement product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
